Another day another fresh new boot for us to enjoy. This time it’s the Big Cat’s turn to deliver fire new goodies in the shape of the PUMA ONE 20’s debut and the second version of the FUTURE 5.

So, the new PUMA ONE 20. It’s a case of evolution not revolution with these but there loads of little tweaks to take this boot to the next level.

The ONE is for the skilful. It’s worn by Sergio Aguero among others so you can guarantee more goals from the latest generation of PUMA’s precision boot. The debut ONE 20 arrives on the scene wearing a lively yellow and black colourway that flashes a clear warning to defenders unfortunate enough to come face-to-face with them.

The SPRINTWEB tech remains on the outer edge of the boot but the inner pattern has changed with a ripple effect taking over from the aggressive lines of the last boot.

One 1
One 2

This is PUMA’s fastest ONE to date which, combined with the k-leather on the upper, makes this boot lethal. Upping the ONE’s speed credentials, the RAPIDSPRINT outsole continues but with a redesigned graphic.

The biggest change is that the Ultra Yellow leather section takes on the same colour as the rest of the upper for the first time on a ONE. Well, the black versions had black leather but PUMA were putting contrasting colours on their brighter editions. We’re rating this as a change and there’s definitely a more refined look on the new generation of ONE compared to its predecessors.

There’s not a heap of tech upgrades on this version but the most notable is the redesign of the ridges under the leather in the forefoot. There are more of them in the strike zones and they now mimic the ripple effect under the SPRINTWEB which is a nice touch.

Future 1
Future 2

While the star of the Sparks pack is the new ONE, the FUTURE 5 is back in its second colourway which is, like the ONE, yellow and black as well. We think the dark contrasts in the NETFIT really suits the bright yellow and it looks even better than the blue OG.

There’s plenty of soleplate options, gloves and different price points to choose from for the Sparks Pack which are all available from the world’s largest bootroom at right now.
